Tax Policy
Texas state residents are subject to sales tax.

Returns must be requested within fourty five (45) days from the date of the original purchase and merchandise must be returned in the original condition with all packaging and included accessories (i.e. box, packing material, owner's manual, power supply, warranty cards, etc.). The original sales receipt or packing slip must accompany all returns.

Sending a Return
All returns must have an RA (Return Authorization) Number. To obtain an RA number please email Orders@BrookMays.com or call 1(800)637-8966. Once you obtain an RA Number please ship the item prepaid and insured via UPS, FedEx, USPS to:

All returns must have the following information:

RA (Return Authorization) Number
Original Order Number/Invoice Number
Request for Refund or Exchange
Detailed Reason for the Return

COD shipments will not be accepted!

Restocking Fee
A restock fee of not less than 20% may be applied to merchandise that is returned in less than "new" condition or missing any accessories, packing material, manuals, warranty cards, etc. If the packaging has been destroyed the merchandise is subject to a restocking fee.

Returns NOT Permitted
Due to legal and health restrictions some Returns/Refunds are NOT permitted. These include returns for copyrighted materials and for items that cannot be properly cleaned or sanitized. Items include but are not limited to:

Opened Software, Pre-Recorded Media, Videos, Sheet Music. Defective copyrighted materials may only be exchanged for the same item/title
Special Order Merchandise and all merchandise sold "as is"
Harmonicas/Kazoos, Mouthpieces, Microphones, open boxes of reeds or guitar strings, any other item which cannot be properly sanitized

Incorrect or Missing Items
All incorrect or missing items must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. Please email us at Orders@BrookMays.com or call us at 1(800)637-8966. We will immediately pick up the incorrect items at our expense and ship out the correct merchandise to you. To expedite this process a valid credit card number may be required.

Shipping Credit
All returns for credit for reasons other than damage will be inspected for use, wear, and user damage before credit is issued. We will not issue credit for shipping charges unless the item is damaged in transit or you have received incorrect merchandise.

Damaged Items
In the case of merchandise damaged in shipping we will file a claim on your behalf with the shipping carrier. If the merchandise and/or packaging is visibly damaged in shipping, please refuse the shipment with the carrier. If the damage is not found until the package is opened, please please notify us upon receipt and contact us within 2 business days. To report damaged merchandise please email us at Orders@BrookMays.com or call us at 1(800)637-8966. SAVE ALL OF THE PACKING MATERIALS, the shipping carrier will need to inspect them. Do not throw away any cartons or packing material due to the “on arrival” condition of any package.
